MountainBrook Village

Mission Statement

To continually improve life-style experiences for our members to establish and maintain a sense of Community for all.  We strive to provide an attractive Community for members, guests and future homeowners by maintaining and improving the campus and grounds of the Village and providing our residents with new and up-to-date amenities and improved property value.  We accomplish this through the utilization of sound business practices and financial due diligence.

In 1987, Gold Canyon was a dusty desert and in only a few years it became transformed into a thriving community. 



The MountainBrook Village Homeowner Association (HOA) is a 501 (c) 4 non-profit organization. Every homeowner in MountainBrook Village is a member of the HOA as long as they are current with paying the bi-annual assessments also known as members dues. The purpose of a homeowner association is to preserve, maintain and enhance homes and the common property throughout the community.

Common property is an benefit of Mater Planned Community with an HOA. MountainBrook Village HOA provides homeowners with "resort living" amenities that are funded through membership dues. 

The MountainBrook Village Community Campus has six buildings that are used for entertainment, physical fitness and special interests. 

These buildings have rooms for meetings, clubs and classes. Indoor recreation includes the Fitness Center, Sunset Center, Billiards and more. The Superstition Center is the place for Tuesday Morning Coffee and News as well as Dinner Dances and Entertainment.

Outdoor activities like golf, hikingwater sports, tennis, pickle ball, basketball and bocce ball all enhance the Active Adult Lifestyle. 

Models-Elevations & Floor-plans UDC Homes developed and began construction of MountainBrook Village. Later Shea Homes completed the community construction. Only resales are available. Please click on this link for Models to view original brochures with elevations and floor-plans.

MountainBrook Village HOA has a seven member Board of Directors who are nominated and elected by the members of the association to represent the homeowners and govern over the association.

The HOA employs a management company, First Service Residential, their fee comes from these dues as well. This company does the day to day business operations of the association.
