The MountainBrook Village Homeowner Association (HOA) is a 501 (c) 4 non-profit organization. Every homeowner in MountainBrook Village is a member of the HOA. The purpose of a homeowner association is to preserve, maintain and enhance homes and the common property throughout the community.

Common Property is an important benefit of an HOA. MountainBrook Village HOA provides homeowners with "resort living" amenities that are funded through membership dues that are collected two times a year.

MountainBrook Village has a Community Campus made up of six buildings  that are used for entertainment, physical fitness and special interests.

These buildings have rooms for meetings, clubs and classes. Indoor recreation includes the fitness center, card games, billiards and many more. The Superstition Center is used for Tuesday Morning Coffee and News as well as Dinner Dances and Entertainment.

Outdoor activities like golf, hikingwater sports, tennis, pickle ball, basketball and bocce ball all enhance the Active Adult Lifestyle.
