Please note that MBV is a completely built-out community; no new home sales will occur, and there is no village sales office. If you are interested in a MBV home, they are only for sale by owner and/or through realtor.

The items below have been gathered by MBV Resident Bill Pritchard in order to preserve an important part of MBV history. As he stated in the October 2011 Mountaineer article, ". . . as time goes on, there are fewer and fewer people who are original owners here, and accordingly, newer owners may have no idea which model home they own, let along any other pertinent information about it."
